Shipping Policy

All orders from Roses Metals will be shipped by (our desired carrier) via ground unless otherwise indicated.

Orders over $500 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

Customers will assume responsibility for the cost of expedited and international shipping.

Due to the high-value of products crafted by Roses Metals, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Tracking Information will be provided once the shipping label has been created. Should you receive any damaged or defective items, a return shipping label will be provided via e-mail.

Return Policy

As Roses metals is a niche business crafting luxury jewelry by hand, we do not offer full refunds on returned items.

Returns are valid within 10 business days of purchase and can be used towards an exchange or store credit.

Roses Metals will be responsible for providing you with a return shipping label. Should you choose a return shipping method outside of the approved shipping carrier provided by customer service, Roses Metals will not be liable should the returned item become lost, stolen, or delivered late.

A valid receipt must be present at the time of Return/Exchange.

Store credit for returns will be sent via e-mail that can be used towards your next purchase online.

Roses Metals will not exchange or credit any returned items that have been worn or damaged. It is also imperative to return all items in original packaging.

We consider your support immeasurable and because of this Roses Metals will repair or provide a replacement for any defective merchandise that is returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt present.
