ROSES stock jewelry orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 Business days. ROSES custom made pieces will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made. For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
COMPLIMENTARY RING SIZING
ROSES will size any ring purchase free-of-charge.
ROSES accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as PayPal.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California, based on the current local rate(s).
Non-custom jewelry that is purchased on rosesmetals.com, and shipped to a U.S. address, may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items purchased ON SALE cannot be returned. Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team via e-mail at email@example.com within 7 calendar days to obtain return authorization. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return. Items approved for return must be received unused with all ROSES tags/labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. Items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 5% of the original amount paid. Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.
Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all ROSES Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery.
ROSES Jewelry will repair any breakage caused by manufacturing defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Should you require a repair, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. ROSES will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
ROSES jewelry is not intended for young children, unless expressly stated. Babies, toddlers and young children can choke on small pieces and should not be given jewelry to wear or play with.
ROSES collects customer information from our website, orders, and e-mail for a variety of reasons, including communicating with our customers about new products, promotions and services. We collect personal information such as your name, telephone number, e-mail and postal address that you provide to us. We offer those who sign-up for our e-mail list advance notice of sales, new merchandise and other ROSES news. Email addresses collected at rosesmetals.com are used internally only and not shared with a third party. If at any time you wish to not receive our emails, you may unsubscribe by contacting email@example.com with “REMOVE” as the subject header.
